I am in week 8 of this journey. I am really impressed with the progress I've made. I have become uber addicted to the gym..my machine of choice..the eliptical. I managed 45 minutes on it today. Oh..on Monday..I tackled the spinning class in town..that is harsh..but, so worth it. I hope to try it again in about two weeks. Really just conditioning for it now.lol
The pics you see puts me at a 20.2 loss so far, which I can already feel. My energy levels are up, and I am resting much better at night. Yeah..and I'm getting a more defined butt, too..lol.
Well..that's it for now..just wanted to throw a quick post on my progress.
